WASHINGTON   -  U.S. Representative Jo Ann Emerson (MO-08) will visit Stonie’s in Perryville on Friday at 10:00 a.m. CDT as part of the 26th Annual Emerson Farm Tour.

“We host a great diversity of agricultural activity in Southern Missouri, and Stonie’s is a great example of the success that our ranching-related businesses can have.  There is no question that agriculture is a tremendous part of our rural economy, and I am looking forward to discussing the ranching and meat business as well as the new Farm Bill moving through Congress,” Emerson said.  “This is an important year for farmers, ranchers, and every American who works to make U.S. agriculture the best, safest, most abundant and affordable in the world.”
