    McIntyre Meets With Governor Perdue

    Washington, D.C. - Governor Beverly Perdue and U.S. Congressman Mike McIntyre discuss jobs, economic development, and infrastructure needs for North Carolina.  Governor Perdue met with members of the North Carolina delegation to discuss the state’s budget needs and the economic stimulus package under consideration by the U.S. Congress.  Congressman McIntyre has been holding economic development roundtables throughout Southeastern North Carolina to hear from local business leaders and community officials about their ideas for job creation.
