    Duplin County Economic Development Listening and Action Tour

    Washington, D.C. - On Monday, February 9, U.S. Representative Mike McIntyre will be in Duplin County to continue his Economic Development Listening and Action tour for Southeastern North Carolina. 

                McIntyre will be meeting with business people, community leaders, and elected officials to discuss the economy and talk about ways to help citizens and communities secure economic opportunities for all. 

                This is the seventh in a series of events that Congressman McIntyre will have all over Southeastern North Carolina to hear first-hand about concerns and specific ideas from local leaders to help re-ignite the economy.

    McIntyre’s schedule for the 9th in Duplin County includes:

    9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Roundtable discussion at James Sprunt Community College, Boyette Building, Room 113

    11:30 a.m. -12:15 p.m. – Lunch and discussion with business leaders and elected officials from Wallace, Rose Hill, and Warsaw @ the Wallace Chamber of Commerce, 206 SW Railroad Street (Train Depot)

    12:30 p.m.-1:15 p.m. – Business visit @ Precision Hydraulics, 145 South Park Drive, Wallace

    1:45 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Business visit @ Acu-Form Polymers and Hurrican Kayaks, 170 Water Tank Road, Warsaw
