REP. MYRICK JOINED BY SEN. BURR ON NEW CABLE SHOW

(Washington, D.C.) – Today, Rep. Sue Myrick (NC-9) announced that a new episode of her cable show “Sue Myrick on the Issues” will begin running in Gaston County this Sunday, March 20, 2005 at 9:00am and 9:00pm.  The show will air on Gaston County Access Channel 16.  The show will also air in Union County every Monday and Wednesday at 8:00pm during the month of April.  The show will air on Union Time Warner Cable Channel 9.   

 This episode focuses on Rep. Myrick’s new role on the House Energy and Commerce Committee and covers discussions on energy, health, and trade policy.  Rep. Myrick’s guest for this episode is U.S. Senator Richard Burr (NC-R).  Senator Burr previously sat on the House Energy and Commerce Committee before being elected to the US Senate.  Burr has extensive knowledge of energy and health issues and is currently using his knowledge in the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pension.
