WASHINGTON, D.C. - Representative Chris Smith (R-NJ) issued the following statement tonight in response to President George W. Bush’s State of the Union Address: “Since 2001, “The President offered a bold vision tonight, and I agree that we are, indeed, living in historic times and that we are in control of our own destiny.
