(Washington, DC, May 3, 2006) — Delegate to Congress Donna M. Christensen is pleased to announce that the Virgin Islands Energy Office has received their continuation grant in the amount of  $184,000.

This funding is part of the State Energy Program for Fiscal Year 2006 funding. This funding is given to support the work of the Virgin Islands’s state energy office to provide direction and set priorities for the state’s energy future.
