Rep. Dicks Sends Comments on Tanker Contract to Defense Dept.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Rep. Norm Dicks today sent a detailed letter to the Department of Defense, outlining his concerns about several flaws in the draft contracting document published by the Air Force in preparation for the competition to build the next generation of air refueling tankers.
