The New Jersey Children’s Health Project provides critically needed medical and case management services to children and families in Newark, Elizabeth, New Brunswick and Irvington. The New Jersey Children’s Health Project treats a medically underserved population in Newark and Elizabeth, many of whom are uninsured or Medicaid enrollees. NJCHP is a vital resource for the neighborhood and requires operational support to meet the increasing need in these cities. |
