| Township of Irvington - Emergency Operations Center Project | |||
| Amount Requested: $1,000,000 | |||
| Funds would be used to construct a regional Emergency Operations and Homeland Security training center. This project is "shovel-ready" with complete plans and would meet not only Irvington's need for an Emergency Operations and Homeland Security training center but the needs of surrounding municipalities, both Essex and Union County emergency management person. As a regional facility the proposed project represents a real cost-savings. | |||
