We will build upon the successful program we began with Picatinny arsenal, which has given the Army a completely new potential method of manufacturing warheads. This 36-month program will prove the feasibility of freeform manufacture as a cost effective process & develop a new weapons grade alloy for enhanced war-fighting capability.
