| Funds will be used to produce an educational outreach program to showcase New Jersey’s new and innovative jail diversion and re-entry programs designed to treat the mentally ill humanely, programs that can serve as a national model. Specifically, the project will focus on the inappropriate incarceration of individuals with mental illness in New Jersey’s jails, prisons and juvenile detention centers. | |||
