	Amount Requested: $295,000
	Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey at Newark Environmental Law Clinic project would provide effective representation on environmental matters for persons without opportunity to be represented otherwise. It will train a new generation of environmental advocates and it will result in better quality of life for residents of impacted areas.It will also assist residents and community groups to identify and rectify serious environmental problems impacting negatively on the health and quality of life of urban residents.
