Supports efforts to help older adults and persons with disabilities to live as independently as possible with a range of accessible, quality services that meet their needs and preferences.  Funds would add a coordinator position to the Financial Abuse Specialist Team (FAST), which brings together professionals from a number of disciplines to focus on cases involving financial fraud and abuse of elder citizens.  Funds would also purchase needed neuropsychologist, forensic account, and forensic nurse services and incorporate additional prosecution and investigation capacity.
