Supports the procurement of a hospital information system, including equipment, software licenses, and training, as well as telecommunications equipment for a high-speed data connection for the new 12-bed Columbia River Community Hospital in St. Helens. The Public Health Foundation of Columbia County is a nonprofit organization that raises funds for the Columbia River Community Hospital and the Columbia Health District, which will be the licensee for the new hospital.
