Supports the establishment of a Science Research and Teaching Complex that will focus on innovative ways to improve science education at the university level and in K-12 schools. The Complex will also serve as a site for continuing education for K-12 science teachers and provide students with state-of-the-art research and teaching space for biology, chemistry, environmental science, physics, and for PSU’s Masters Degree in science education. In addition, Complex will support interdisciplinary research, teaching, tech transfer, and community outreach to business, industry, and schools.
