Supports the creation of the first utility-scale wave power project in the United States at Reedsport, Oregon.  Funds would be used to install a PowerBuoy off the Oregon coast, build and install the mooring system, and build and install the undersea electrical transmission system.  Ocean Power Technologies has already finalized fabrication specifications and will soon begin the of the PowerBuoy manufacture in Oregon.
