"All of the Above Energy Approach" I've signed on to two pieces of legislation that will help lower the price you pay at the pump by encouraging innovation and investment in renewable energy, increasing conservation and increasing exploration for new sources of energy. |

the Word Most Americans support exploring for new sources of American energy, but not everyone in Congress agrees. Help me spread the word to convince my fellow members it's time to act! |

I explained my "all of the above" energy approach in this column that ran in the Seattle Times. |
| On July 24, 2008, I recorded this video statement urging Democrat House leadership to schedule an energy vote before leaving for the August district work period. Unfortunately, they sent us home without a vote. | |
I've
laid out the approaches I believe will make America more energy
independent and reduce gas prices. Click here

In December, the Washington State Congressional delegation asked the Air Force to provide a report outlining the squadron's capabilities in the Northwest. The report came back in May and left many of my questions unanswered. That's why in a follow-up letter I asked the Air Force to provide more specific answers that I believe will highlight the important role the 36th RQF plays at Fairchild and across the Northwest. You can read the report and follow up letter by clicking here. |
