As the Ranking Member of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, Rep. Mica participated in a Highways and Transit Hearing on the topic of the impacts of existing laws and regulations for truck weights and lengths.
As a member of the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Rep. Mica participated in a hearing regarding the manufacturers of FEMA trailers and elevated formaldehyde levels.
Congressman Mica met with New Jersey Senator Frank Lautenberg to discuss High Speed Rail and Amtrak.
