Ordering a Flag
Members of Congress can arrange for United States flags to be flown
over the U.S. Capitol for their constituents. Each flag comes with a
certificate specifying the date on which the flag was flown. These certificates
can be personalized for special occasions and for specific individuals.
The price covers the cost of the flag, shipping and handling charges,
and the architect's fee for flying the flag over the Capitol. The cost
for flags by type and size is as follows:

To order your flag, please send your order for a flag with a personal
check covering the cost of the flag made out to the Frank Pallone, Jr.
Office Supply Acc't. Specify the type and size of the flag you want and
provide any additional information to personalize the flag certificate.
Send your letter to the Washington, D.C. Office.
Please include the name of the recipient (person, group, institution)
the flag is being flown for. You may also include a brief message ("Happy
12th birthday," "Congratulations on gaining U.S. citizenship")
to accompany the flag. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery. |
