I am pleased to announce the founding of the Congressional Caucus on Sri Lanka and Sri Lankan Americans. Sri Lankan communities in the United States have been working together to strengthen their common belief in democracy, peace, and development. I have established the Congressional Caucus on Sri Lanka and Sri Lankan Americans in an effort to provide Sri Lankan representation in Congress.
