Driving Directions to Congressman Platts's Washington, DC, Office

Using Interstate 83 South

1. Take I-83 South toward Baltimore.
2. Follow I-83 to I-695 West.
3. Follow I-695 to the Baltimore/Washington Parkway Exit towards DC.
4. Merge onto MD-295 South.
5. Follow MD-295 South to the East Capitol Street Exit.
6. After crossing the Anacostia River, merge to left.
7. Follow signs for East Capitol Street around RFK Stadium.
8. Follow East Capitol Street to 1st Street.
9. Turn Left on 1st Street.
10. Turn Right onto Independence Avenue.
11. Continue on Independence Avenue to the National Mall.
12. You can find parking on the Mall itself. Arrive early and observe signs.
13. The Rayburn House Office Building is the third building to the left of the Capitol Building on the Mall side.

Using Route 15 South

1. Take Route 15 South toward Frederick, MD.
2. At Frederick, Md. Rt. 15 becomes I-270 South.
3. Continue on I-270 South.
4. Follow I-270 Spur toward Northern Virginia and I-495 South.
5. I-270 becomes I-495.
6. Continue on I-495 South (Outer Loop of the Beltway).
7. Bear right at exit for George Washington Parkway.
8. Continue east on GW Parkway for 8.8 miles.
9. Bear Right onto ramp for I-66 East US-50.
10. Continue on I-66 East US-50.
11. Continue on US-50/Constitution Ave. toward National Mall
12. You can find parking on the Mall itself. Arrive early and observe signs.
13. The Rayburn House Office Building is the third building to the left of the Capitol Building on the Mall side.
