Platts and National Guardsmen
Congressman Platts thanks guardsmen from Battery F, 109th Field Artillery, of the Pennsylvania National Guard for their service prior to their departure for Kosovo. The servicemen returned home safely in May, 2002, following their six-month peacekeeping mission in Kosovo.
