Congressman Platts To Hold Town Meetings in District
YORK, PA - To give the constituents of the 19th District the opportunity share their concerns with him and his staff, Congressman Todd Platts is hosting Town Meetings in each of the three counties in his district. The Town Meetings will be held at the following times in the following locations:
- Wednesday, August 28, 2002 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the Gettysburg Lutheran Home, 1075 Old Harrisburg Road, Gettysburg (Adams County)
- Thursday, August 29, 2002 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at South Western High School Auditorium, 200 Bowman Road, Hanover (York County)
- Tuesday, September 3, 2002 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at the Union Fire Company No. 1 Social Hall, 35 West Louther Street, Carlisle (Cumberland County)
- Tuesday, September 3, 2002 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Red Land High School Auditorium, 560 Fishing Creek Road, Lewisberry (York County)
All residents of the 19th Congressional District are invited and encouraged to attend. “Being accessible to the people I represent is a top priority for me,” says Congressman Platts. “I hope that residents will be able to attend to share their interests and concerns with me.”
