The winning pieces of the 2007 Congressional Art Competition are from left to
right:
Carli Fernandez's "Simply D-Flat Major" (2nd Place); Sean Hicks's “Alone at
the Top” (1st Place); and Kayla Burwell's "A Ribbon in Time" (3rd Place). All thee
winners attend Hilliard Darby High School.
