Sean Hicks of Hilliard Darby won First Place for his black and
white photograph entitled, “Alone at the Top.” In addition to
Sean’s piece remaining on display in Washington, he and his
family are invited to attend a gala reception in the nation’s
capital on June 28 th to kick off the 2007 "An Artistic Discovery"
exhibition.
