Hall at our district offices, outlining the problem, including any other pertinent information related to your situation and requesting that Congressman Hall look into the matter on your behalf. Congressman Hall's staff will act as facilitators between you and the agency. You also will be asked to fill out a Congressional Inquiry Form giving permission for Congressman Hall to make inquiries on your behalf.
