If you are experiencing a problem with a federal agency, and live in the 4th Congressional District of Texas, please call or write Congressman Ralph M. Hall at our district offices, outlining the problem, including any other pertinent information related to your situation and requesting that Congressman Hall look into the matter on your behalf. Congressman Hall's staff will act as facilitators between you and the agency. You also will be asked to fill out a Congressional Inquiry Form giving permission for Congressman Hall to make inquiries on your behalf. You should include copies of any other documents or correspondence that you think may be helpful to our office in pursuing your case. Please include the following information:

- Address
- Evening
Phone Number
- Daytime Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- Social Security number for a case involving Social Security or the Internal Revenue Service
- VA claim number for problems with the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Alien resident number, recipient number, country of birth and current immigration status for problems with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).
