A Washington internship is a wonderful opportunity for college students to learn first-hand about the legislative branch of government. The number of full and part-time internships is governed by space, availability and office needs. Paid internships are offered during the fall, spring and summer. Summer internships are typically divide into two sessions; First session begins the last two weeks of May all through June: Second session begins in July through the first two weeks in August.
