RAMSTAD ASKS MINNESOTANS TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPS
WASHINGTON – U.S. Rep. Jim Ramstad (MN-3rd) asked all Minnesotans today to support our brave troops in the Middle East.
“I ask all Minnesotans to join me in supporting and praying for our brave troops in harm’s way as they fight to disarm Saddam Hussein of his weapons of mass destruction,” said Ramstad.
“My gratitude and prayers are with the 270,000 brave American troops at war to protect the American people,” said Ramstad.
“Politics stops when war starts,” said Ramstad. “It’s also time for all members of Congress to take off their political hats and put on their American hats in support of our troops.”
“As Minnesotans and Americans, we have the will power and the staying power to accomplish this mission and bring our troops home safely,” said Ramstad.
“Thanks to our brave troops, I am confident we will be successful at disarming this brutal and murderous dictator of his weapons of mass destruction,” said Ramstad.
