RAMSTAD RECEIVES NATIONAL LEADERSHIP AWARD FROM UNITED WAY OF AMERICA

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Rep. Jim Ramstad (MN-3) received the United Way of America’s “Congressional Partner of the Year” award last night in Minneapolis.

The national United Way award is given annually to a Member of Congress who demonstrates strong leadership on United Way priorities of helping people in need.

The award was presented by Paul Thornell of United Way of America at the annual board dinner of the Greater Twin Cities United Way.

“I am humbled and honored to receive this United Way award because of my deep respect for the critical public service United Way provides our community,” said Ramstad.
