On October 18, I testified before Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests and Public Lands on H.R. 1975. This legislation would be detrimental to the local consensus regarding land management that is already being built in Montana.

With your help, the voice of MT was heard loud and clear. I provided the Subcommittee with the overwhelming voice of the people of Montana. In less than a week, I received 7,117 responses from Montana – online, through the mail, faxes and in person. Unsurprisingly, 96 percent of those responses stood with me against East Coast “solutions” that would wreak havoc on Montana’s “on the ground” approach to managing our public lands.
