Congressman Renzi has been assigned to three Committee seats.

Committee on Financial Services

Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance, and Government Sponsored Enterprises
Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit
Subcommittee on Housing

Congressman Renzi’s responsibilities include:

• Overseeing U.S. capital markets, the securities and insurance industries and government-sponsored enterprises, such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
• Monitoring public and private housing institutions, including the Department of Housing and Urban Development and working to expand affordable housing across the U.S.

Committee on Natural Resources

Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests, and Public Lands

Congressman Renzi’s responsibilities include:

• Coordination of Federal efforts to encourage, enhance and improve programs for the protection of the environment and the conservation of natural resources within our Public Forest lands.
• Creating legislation governing the usage of public forest lands generally, including measures or matters related to entry, easements, withdrawals and grazing permits.

Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence

Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, Ranking Member

Congressman Renzi’s responsibilities include:

• Oversight over all intelligence gathering operations under the purview of the United States Government.
• Oversight and operational budget control over the appropriations to the 17 national security and intelligence fffices of the United States Government
