Capitol Flag Requests

Constituents may purchase U.S. flags through Congressman Renzi’s office. If requested, the flags can also be flown over the U.S. Capitol. Constituents often use this opportunity to celebrate special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and retirements.

If you would like to request a flag from the Congressman, please print the flag request form listed below and either fax the completed form back to 202-226-9739 or send it to:

Please address all appropriate payments promptly by check or money order to “Rick Renzi Office Supply Account.” Unfortunately, we cannot send flags out until we have received payment. Thank you.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the flag to be processed, flown, and mailed.
