Thank you to everyone who participated in my August 2006 Listening Sessions (town hall meetings) this week! We had record attendance, with several hundred participants who came to one or more sessions throughout the week.

I learned a great deal from your comments and questions during these face-to-face meetings and hope you found the sessions equally as useful and informative.

I am also grateful to the mayors and townships of Elmwood Park, Fort Lee, Palisades Park, Lodi, Moonachie, Teaneck, Jersey City, Rutherford, Bogota, North Bergen, and New Milford for hosting these meetings with me and being so welcoming.

Thanks again for making my August Listening Sessions a success. I look forward to continuing our conversation and hearing from you through your phone calls, emails, letters, and visits to my offices in Hackensack, Jersey City, and Washington, DC.
