Rothman Honors Korean War Veterans in Hudson County

(Hudson County, NJ)— On Tuesday, November 21, 2006, U.S. Reps. Steve Rothman (D-NJ) and Albio Sires (D-NJ) joined Hudson County Executive Thomas DeGise and the Board of Chosen Freeholders to honor 103 veterans with the Korean War Hudson County Distinguished Military Service Medal. The occasion began with a presentation of colors, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance (pictured).

During his remarks, Rep. Rothman said: "I salute each and every one of today's medal recipients, as well as all those who have loved them and supported them throughout their lives."
