Rothman Tours Quest Diagnostics Facility in Teterboro

(Teterboro, NJ)—On Friday, February 29th, Congressman Steve Rothman (D-NJ) met with leaders of Quest Diagnostics and toured their laboratory facility located in Teterboro, NJ. The team at Quest Diagnostics thanked Congressman Rothman for his support over the years, specifically his co-sponsorship of H.R. 3453, The Community Clinical Laboratory Fairness in Competition Act of 2007.

"The high-quality medical services provided by Quest's Teterboro facility affects hundreds of thousands lives, every day," Rothman said while speaking to a group of employees after touring the facility. "Your collective efforts-that of the doctors, medical professionals, and support staff-are truly remarkable, and we are so thankful and proud to have you here in Teterboro."

Congressman Rothman's tour was conducted by Dr. Bill Tarr, Medical Director of the Teterboro facility. Quest Diagnostics employs over 3,000 people in the State of New Jersey and the Teterboro lab handles more than 60,000 blood tests every day.
