If you wish a nomination, please follow the steps below, as it is imperative for Congressman Rothman's office to receive all the information to conduct an adequate review of your candidacy.

1. Candidate Fact Booklet - Click for Printable Version
2. SAT and/or ACT scores
3. High School Transcripts
4. Three Letters of Recommendation
5. An Essay - explaining why you would like to attend your desired military academy (no more than 250 words)
