(CPSC) via their toll-free consumer hotline:
You may call to obtain product safety
and other agency information and to report unsafe products. This hotline
is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You may also file a complaint by visiting the CPSC

do I file a complaint about a company or an unfair business practice? |

You may wish to file a complaint with
the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about a particular company or
organization by visiting the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection
web site.
Please note that the FTC does not
resolve individual consumer problems. However, your complaint helps the
FTC investigate fraud, and may ultimately lead to law enforcement
action.

You may want to consider contacting the
Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). This federal agency is able to help customers of national banks with questions or complaints they have about their financial institution.
Please note that the OCC may have to refer your complaint if the financial institution does not fall under their jurisdiction. You will be notified if your complaint is to be referred.
You may also want to contact or file a
complaint with the Wisconsin
Department of Financial Institutions.
