ROSE BOWL APPROACHESWhile Ryan remains confident that the University of Wisconsin's Badgers will bring home a glorious victory, he has backed his claim with the full faith and credit of an assortment of world famous Wisconsin cheeses and bratwursts. In response, Congressman Thompson has backed his support for the Stanford Cardinals with wine produced in California wine country.
"While I am all for increased exports of Wisconsin cheeses and brats, I am predicting that the products I have offered in this wager will never reach the California border," said Ryan. "Once the Badgers take the field, I am confident that there is little to be done in attempting to deny them this victory."
