Because federal privacy laws prohibit any inquiries on your
behalf without your written permission, Congressman Shays
will need a written request for assistance from you before
his staff can begin working on your case. When requesting
casework assistance from Congressman Shays, please make sure
you include a detailed description of what type of assistance
you would like to receive, as well as your name, address,
and phone number. You may mail
