Advisory: Passport Processing Delays

UPDATE: Beginning January 31, 2008, the United States will no longer allow oral declarations of citizenship at the border of Canada and Mexico. U.S. Citizens ages 19 and older need to possess documentation that proves both identify and citizenship. You will not need a passport to travel to Canada by car until June1, 2009.
