Merritt Parkway North (from New York)
Take exit 35, High Ridge Road. Take a right onto High Ridge Road an continue on for approximately 3 miles. After Lord & Taylor (on right), take a right onto Cold Spring Road. Go through 7 lights. Cold Spring Road becomes Washington Boulevard after the 2nd light. The entrance to the Government Center garage will be on the right after the 7th light, after a row of stores.
