Due to the termination by the
House Administration Committee of a pilot program that allowed
us to provide unfettered access to CRS reports through a comprehensive
database, we are no longer able to provide direct online access
to these products. Nonetheless, as CRS reports are funded by
taxpayers, we believe you should have access to them. Please

in the subject if you need a report on any topic covered by
CRS. We will be happy to provide it to you as soon as possible
and apologize for this inconvenience.
You may be interested to know that Congressmen Shays and
Jay Inslee have introduced legislation,
H.R. 3630, to restore access to CRS reports via a
comprehensive database similar to the one that was recently
eliminated.
