CIEDRA Land Transfer Update - 3/16/06

Attached is information and maps identifying the BLM lands identified by the Custer County Commissioners for transfer to Custer County and the cities of Challis, Mackay and Clayton. As part of their public review process, the Custer County Commissioners held public meetings and removed some tracts originally identified for transfer before providing me with this list.

As I hold my own review these lands, I am seeking additional public input, comments and concerns regarding these lands. Once I have made a final review and assessment of the comments, the remaining lands will be included for transfer as part of my CIEDRA legislation.
