The Scorecard:
How Federal Agencies Continue to Fail
Small Business

Scorecard IV, covering 2002, was released June 25. The file is very large (300+ pages) and may take a moment to download. (This document is in .pdf format. To download a free copy of Adobe Reader, click here)
