Transportation Reauthorization Act District Funding Requests

$32,000,000 to acquire right-of way for the Multimodal SW 62nd Boulevard Connector Corridor from Florida State Road 26 to Florida State Road 24 located in Gainesville, Florida.

$14,901,313 to plan, engineer, acquire right of way and construct the Archer Braid Trail, a multiuse trail in Alachua County, Florida beginning at SW 91st Street and SW Archer Road (SR 24) and ending at the Archer Road Rail Trail at Newell Road.

$19,837,500 to acquire pond sites and construct roadway improvements to County Road 218 (from East of Cosmos Avenue to West of Pine Tree Lane) located in Clay County, Florida.

$2,400,000 to design and right of way acquisition for an extension of Cecil Field Road from Branan Field Road to the Cecil Commerce located in Duval County, FL.

$18,500,000 to acquire Right-of-Way for the Belleview Bypass & SR 35, Marion County, Florida.

$3,600,000 to acquire right of way and replace the Picciola Bridge, located on Picciola Road (CR 466A) in Lake County, Florida.

$20,000,000 to replace existing mass transit vehicles for the City of Gainesville Regional Transit System located in Gainesville, Florida.

$20,000,000 to plan, conduct environmental assessments, acquire right of ways and construct improvements to I-75 at the State Road 222 exit in Alachua County, Florida.

$1,000,000 to plan, design, and construct a low volume overpass above SW 20th Street adjacent to the Central Florida Community College campus in Ocala Florida suitable for use by pedestrians, persons in wheel chairs and persons transporting a bicycle.
