Help with Federal Agencies
Susan’s caring caseworkers have helped nearly 10,000 constituents navigate federal agencies and cut through red tape.
While we can’t direct a federal agency how to decide an issue, we can usually help fix administrative problems, get a prompt response, and answer any question you might have.
So find out how we can help you! Please follow this checklist:
1. IS YOURS A COMMON PROBLEM? (A solution might be easier than you think!)
2. IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH A FEDERAL AGENCY?
Congressional rules restrict the types of issues we can help with to those that involve federal agencies only. For a list of federal agencies, click here. If your issue is with a state, county or city agency, you should contact your local representative at the appropriate level of government. Find your other representatives, click here.
3. DO YOU LIVE WITHIN THE 53RD CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT?
Congressional rules generally restrict whom my office can help to people who live within the 53rd District . To see where you are, click here.
4. HAVE YOU COMPLETED A CASEWORK AUTHORIZATION FORM?
Privacy laws require everyone who asks for our help to complete this form so my office can obtain information about your case. Click here to download the form(PDF).
