Did you say tree branches or three branches?

Welcome to the wonders of the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches. These branches help carry out laws to help keep our country running right. Why don't we take a look at what each branch does to keep the laws coming through.

Legislative
The Legislative branch is held in the Capitol Building.  In the building, the Congress, House of Representatives and the Senate decide what the laws should be.

Executive
The Executive Branch of Government is held in the White House. In there the President and Vice President make sure that the laws are obeyed.

Judicial
The Judicial branch is the last one and it's held in the Supreme Court. In there the court itself decides how the law is applied and whether it breaks the rules of the Constitution or not.
