TENNESSEE DRIVES FOR BIGGER AUTOMOTIVE STAKE
July 20 – U.S. Rep. Zach Wamp, founder of the Tennessee Valley Technology Corridor, said he hopes the South’s growing number of automobile plants also will spur more research and engineering facilities in the region. “We can parlay this investment into a major next-generation advanced transportation research center on biodiesel in Chattanooga,” he said.
