PX JAVA is a fresh fusion of two local legends: Java House, a cornerstone of Washington, D.C.'s coffee culture since 1989, and PX Tacos, a bold and playful taqueria concept. Java House was founded to bring the rich traditions of Ethiopian and Portuguese café culture to D.C.—where coffee is roasted daily in the Ethiopian tradition and served with the relaxed, sociable spirit of Portuguese cafés.
